Return Eligibility
Customers have 45 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we’re unable to accept returns.
To qualify, items must be:

Returned in their original packaging with all tags attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Please send your return using a trackable and reliable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Arthur Hendon cannot be held responsible for lost or untraceable returns.

Exchanges
We’re happy to accommodate exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles, as long as the returned item meets our return conditions. Please mention that you’d like an exchange when contacting support so our team can assist you promptly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact support@arthurhendon.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost once the issue is verified.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
Orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled and refunded in full.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it once it arrives by following the standard return process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 4 business days.

Original shipping fees ($6.99) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

If more than 7 business days have passed since your return was delivered and your refund has not appeared, please contact our support team for assistance.
